We post all of our floral workshops in our fresh flower market tab on the main menu of our website. We're adding workshops all the time.
We suggest following us on Instagram and Facebook @KellysFreshFlowerMarket in signing up for our email list located at the bottom of our website.
For all inquiries for hosting your workshop, please email Kelly@kellysfreshflowermarket.com. We also ask for a 50% deposit to hold the date and time for your workshop and to move forward with ordering the materials needed for your event. A delay in making the deposit by more than 7-days may result in an increase of your workshop cost as the estimate given was based on current prices for floral prices. The remaining 50% will be due 72 hours prior to your event.
We accept returns for 100% refunds on items from our Fresh Flower Market if items are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
If you are not satisfied with your florals, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Please include your contact information and we require that all complaints must include photos accompanying the detailed claim within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Your claim will not be accepted and no refund or exchanged will be granted. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly care for flowers. Kelly’s Fresh Flower Market is not liable for products that are mishandled by clients. As a courtesy, we provide a detailed how-to-care, however, customers must take responsibility for floral care.
Cancellations: We allow for workshop attendees to change or modify their reservation up to 72 hours before the event. If there is a no show, there is no refund. We recommend contacting us for any personal emergencies that arise within the 72 hours prior to an event and exceptions can be made. Please email email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
